GVPAA Stage Crew Works to build the set of "Finding Neverland"

GVPAA students and parents for the crew work tiresley to make the shows what they truly are

Help create the magic that truly makes our shows what they are. Without the work of everyone, there would be no sets, sound, lights, or the many other elements that help us put on the productions we are known for.

During these builds, students work alongside adults and transform something as

simple as a piece of wood into an entire house in Les Mis.

The stage crew likes to recognize fellow members by passing around a stuffed animal to symbolize one’s hard work and dedication. The Bedger Bear was recently passed to Rihanna.

Even though the show may seem pretty far away, the show dates are creeping up on the cast and crew, with only around ten

more weeks to bring the show and set to life. There also isn’t just a set that the crew brings to life—there are props, costumes, wigs, makeup, and many other roles to fill.

So, if you’re not interested in standing under the stage lights, maybe one of these behind-the-scenes roles will interest you in our next show, Oklahoma!, where auditions and crew interest meetings will be held on November 30 and December 1. The cast and crew hope to see you there!
