This year the Garnet Valley high school girls tennis team has played 9 matches so far this season. On September 14 they played a match against Radnor High School. Before the season started there was an amazing event called Jag classic, a series of matches for the players to partake in. Some others supported their teammates and ran food stands on the side. Here's a quote from Kate Laughlin, a member of the tennis team, “Jag classic was my favorite memory so far. It's something we do every year and everyone always has fun, and plus we won against all the teams.” An upcoming game against Penncrest High School will be on September 16, the players have been practicing hard and are excited for the match.
