Garnet Valley School District has been recognized by the Pennsylvania Art Education Association as an Outstanding Visual Arts Community for the 2025–26 school year. This honor celebrates the district’s commitment to providing students with meaningful, high-quality experiences in the visual arts.
The recognition highlights the dedication and hard work of Garnet Valley’s art educators and staff, who play an important role in helping students explore their creativity and express themselves through art. Visual arts education gives students opportunities to develop skills like creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and self-expression.
